45596 Bahamas

Bahamas was built in Glasgow by the North British Locomotive Co. for the LMS Railway in 1935.

It was purchased by the Society in 1967 after withdrawal from British Railways service.
Bahamas is currently on display in the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway museum at Oxenhope.
It is next in line for overhaul following completion of the 'Coal Tank'.
